Q: How do I return a product that I purchased online?

A: If for some reason you're not happy with your order, you can return it in its original packaging with a receipt, within 30 days, and receive a full refund less S&H. Please call customer service at 1-800-311-7880 for return instructions and return address within 30 days of purchase to return your order. Please note that no returns can be accepted for refund without a return authorization. Then, simply complete the Return Form attached to the bottom of your invoice with the information requested. Pack the item(s) to be returned, along with the Return Form, in the original package if possible. Peel off the Return Label and adhere it to the return package. Returned packages must be returned prepaid, to the address on the return label. Refunds will be issued within 30 days in the form of credit to the credit card holder.
